The P3 Group, Inc., a leading investment and real estate development firm, is thrilled to announce the acquisition of the Cypress View Golf Course  in Marion, Arkansas. This prestigious property will undergo an extensive rebranding and transformation, reemerging as the Brownstone Country Club & Resort with a multi-million capital improvement plan. THE P3 GROUP, INC. PARTNERS WITH SOUTHEAST ARKANSAS COLLEGE TO DELIVER 171 BEDS OF STUDENT HOUSING AND AN ENDOWMENT OF MORE THAN $7.24 MILLION OVER 20 YEARS

Southeast Arkansas College (SEARK) and The P3 Group, Inc. partner to develop a 171 bed student housing development. The project will be owned and operated by The P3 Group in collaboration with SEARK. The P3 Group estimates that it will donate approximately $7.24 Million dollars to SEARK over the next 20 years from this public-private partnership. Construction started on this acquisition rehab in March of 2023 and the dorms will open in August of 2023.

THE P3 GROUP, INC. IS DEVELOPING $20 MILLION COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT HOTEL TO THE CITY OF PINE BLUFF, AR.

The City of Pine Bluff, Arkansas selects The P3 Group to develop a 125 room Courtyard by Marriott Hotel which will be located adjacent to the Pine Bluff Convention Center. Marriott has approved the $20 Million project to move forward with ground breaking scheduled for the fall of 2023.

The P3 Group, Inc. acquired 75 acres of land in Marion, Arkansas to develop the 188 lot Brownstone Estates.

The P3 Group has teamed with DR Horton, the largest U.S. home builder, who will purchase the completed lots and construct 188 homes. Home prices are currently slated to range from $260,000 to $400,000 and will address the severe housing shortage in Crittenden County. This approximately $60 million development will have significant economic impact on the city of Marion and Crittenden County, Arkansas.

The City of Pine Bluff, AR entered into two separate development agreements with The P3 Group. The P3 Group will develop a 125 room hotel & 75 units of downtown market rate housing for the City.

THE P3 GROUP – JEFFERSON COUNTY DEVELOPMENT – U.S. BROWN CORONER’S OFFICE

The new building for the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office is a 9,060 SF steel framed structure with a sloping standing seam metal roof that includes a cantilevered covered walkway at the north for pedestrian access.

The new building for the Jefferson County Veterans Services Office shall be located at the Northwest corner of E. 2nd Avenue and S. State Street in downtown Pine Bluff.

This transaction will restructure the existing short term bank finance with low interest long-term financing using tax-exempt lease purchase agreement. Clarksdale, MS Urban Renewal Agency Sell $4.7m In Bonds

Clarksdale Quality of Life Commission, the city of Clarksdale, MS urban renewal agency, sold $4,740,000 in tax-exempt Urban Renewal Revenue Bonds, to raise funds for the city’s Urban Renewal Project, to address street and road improvements in addition to flooding remediation. The P3 Group served as development consultant for the city of Clarksdale and was responsible for writing its urban renewal plan and oversaw the creation of its urban renewal agency.

The P3 Group delivers $12 Million to West Memphis, AR in 117 days!

The P3 Group Inc. delivered $12 Million of capital under a design-build-finance public private partnership with the city of West Memphis , Arkansas. Under the agreement The P3 Group acquired 3 sites and has begun construction of 2 fire stations, a police substation, and a new municipal courthouse. These are the first municipal facilities built in the city of West Memphis since 1974. This is also the first Public Private Partnership executed in the state of Arkansas.

Rapper Rick Ross & Family Complete Renovation of Historic Grey Hound Bus Station

Clarksdale, MS gets new Wing Stop delivered under a Public-Private Partnership.

July 2020 - CLARKSDALE, MS

Boss Wings Enterprises, LLC led by Rapper Rick Ross, his sister Tawanda Roberts, and his mother Tommie Robert opened a new wing stop in Clarksdale, MS July 3, 2020. This venture was a public private partnership, structured by The P3 Group, with the city of Clarksdale, MS. Boss Wings completed a substantial renovation of the historic Greyhound Bus Station, which had fallen into disrepair over the years.

This Public Private Partnership (P3) and redevelopment involved approvals from a multitude of agencies including the Mississippi Department of Archives and History, the Federal Highway Administration, and the City of Clarksdale‘s board of mayor and commissioners. The P3 involves a 30 year lease and Rural Development Grant from the city of Clarksdale. Boss Wings made a substantial investment into the property which will insure that the city’s asset will be preserved and utilized for many years to come.
